KITE is spun in Italy from organically grown Egyptian long-staple cotton, considered by many to be the very best.
Our colors have been ecologically dyed for us in Tuscany with hand gathered herbs, flowers, and roots, following family recipes handed down for generations.
You'll find this to be a very strong yarn that becomes supple with use. It is fine enough for knit or crocheted lace and machine knitting.
Please note the undyed price -- it is really quite a bargain for organic yarn of this quality. What we have at this point is a specially produced limited edition -- a test market. If you like KITE we can extend the concept in many directions.
